- Alternate Members (Two practicing MLTs)
The members of the committee must be practicing.
No member of Council and no member of the Discipline Committee may sit on the Committee

Term of Office
The term of office for members of the Counselling and Investigation Committee shall be three (3) years.
Duties
- Prepare for Council an annual report of the number of complaints
- Receive and review complaints brought against any member in writing
- Make written report to the discipline committee the recommendation to hear on not to hear a complaint
