Committee Duties

This committee has duties that include :

• Review Act, Bylaws and Policies of the Society and make recommendations to the SSMLT council regarding changes
• Monitor federal, provincial and municipal legislation affecting Medical Laboratory Technologists and communicate to SSMLT council actions required
• Make recommendations on standards of practice, scope of practice, roles and functions of Medical Laboratory Technologists
